    How much Creatine at one Time.

    What is the most Creatine you can take at one time and use all of it. i was wondering this becuase the creatine pills that i am going to be ordering soon are 2500ml of Creatine per pills and i thought how many should i take through out the day, and how far should a space the pills apart, or should a just take PWO? Any answer would be helpful.

    Most say 5g non-training days, 10g training days. More than 10g is a waste as your body cannot effectively absorb/utilize.

    Normal Creatine = 5 grams

    CEE = 2 grams
