Leg workouts have been very good though.I could never concentrate on legs beacause of my knees,now i look foward to my leg workouts !
A long term injury like shoulder tendonitis, where you have to lay off upper body excersise ,could easily turn you off the gym.
But i am still going strong ,i haven't lost any mass .I think my arms needed a break anyway ,working the core and lower body is doing it for me, for now.
I will do bloodwork next week .
Still hoisting the sail ok ,lil slower but ok ,morning wood is gone though ,so i will have to look at bloodwork.
