    Anyone know of a GOOD PROTEIN/MR Bar??

    I was thinkin about adding a high protein/MR Bar in my diet but, I look around and they all have either hella simple carbs in em, too much fat or both. Anyone know of a good protein bar and where to get em?

    Oh man I tried this meso tech one the other day, double chocolate chip or something, damn! did that taste good. Best tasting bar Ive ever eaten. You can get them at any GNC or bodybuilding store, or i dont know about where you live, but i can get then at the gas staition up here.

    im not 100% sure but I think it said there 25gs of carbs 25gs of pro. and 12g of fat. I just like the way this one tastes, i dont care about amount of fat or carbs in stuff , i dont get fat, lol, i love it!

    why not just by a protien powder that fits your needs and use that instead of a bar.

    I can only handle so much protein, chicken breast and oats a day.

    why not make your own, you can control what goes in them (ie, excess simple carbs). I think there is a recipe at the top

    I usually make my own while bulking. gotta play with the recipe a lil to get the right consistency, tho
