    Unhappy any advice for a weakling!

    i'm very weak and get discouraged easliy. i weigh 128 with an almost 30% body fat, i'm 5'6"!!!!

    I sure you are not weak, just not as stong as you would like to be. Here would be my advice. We will use the bench press butyou can use tis concept on all movements, just watch your form and don't cheat. Let's say you bench 50 lbs for 10 reps, add 5 lbs next time you bench, you may only get 6 reps but thats OK do your 6, next bench day shoot for 7 reps when you hit 10 add 5 or maybe 2 1/2 just keep adding weight and or reps and YOU WILL GET STRONGER!!

    My advice?.. Stop getting discouraged.

    Consistency is the key to improving.

    do you think we all just decided to join the gym one day and instantly looked awesome.. noooo...

    hun, we all started out like you are.. set reachable goals as stepping stones to your big goal. tell yourself that today, your going to complete each set, in a month increase your weight a LITTLE bit.. and so on.. if your only focus is to look like a pro figure competitor... yea your going to get discouraged, but if you keep the tiny goals you make, you'll notice eventually that the big one is coming true too!

    Discouragment is the worst.. it brings down your momentum and i don't know about you but i need momentum at the gym!!

    Girls are supposed to weak, and the men strong.

    But yeah you should do something about the 30% BF.

    hold on i'm gonna try and find the thread i started about skinny guys and workin hard... I was skinny like that too and worked my way natural and got some good size i think. Its got a before and after picture, basicly before i started working out and eating right up to the point right before i started my first cycle (which i still started too soon for my size)
