hey every know and then and just recently my injection site usually my quad stays swollen and tender for like a week does that mean all of the substance still stuck there in the muscle and not getting into the blood stream adn as a result my levels rnt staying consistent i thot 2 ccs one deca one sust same pin should i do then diff spots ? and after the oil is stuck there is there anything i can do to speed up the process of going away massage hot compressions?

yes you can rub right away and will help alittle but i have found overall go w/ glutes its the best bro just sack up and do it i shoot eod 3cc and never have problem, used to do in legs and was a f****n criple, couldnt walk for days??
