I am going to be taking Clen. Due to work and the way my schedule is I can only work out in the later afternoon. I goto work at like 7am. So i have no choice. I want to take Clen, and I knw if I take it past 4pm its gonna be hard for me to goto sleep.
Would it be a bad decision if I take it with my early breakfast at 6am hit the gym at like 4pm?? I lift weights and do cardio, I dont want my heart to feel like its gonna explode. Thanks!
