New to the game and stumbled across this site. I'm 29, a public accountant, who's been into fitness, etc for 10 years (football, soccer, etc.) but want to switch from the cardio/fitness aspect to more MASS and weights. I've trained with weights daily, but no detailed plan. Diet has always been the same, clean, 7 meals a day, but I'm here to LEARN!
