    NEWB Here, just wanted to say HI....

    New to the game and stumbled across this site. I'm 29, a public accountant, who's been into fitness, etc for 10 years (football, soccer, etc.) but want to switch from the cardio/fitness aspect to more MASS and weights. I've trained with weights daily, but no detailed plan. Diet has always been the same, clean, 7 meals a day, but I'm here to LEARN!

    6'2, 180. 9%bf as of 09/15/06

    Welcome to AR and if you train ed you need to remember that time off is good. I take two days off a week. JMO

    7 days a week. No off season mainly because I'm sedetary all day and need to do something after 10hours of office work. it's an intense 45 mins with weights and 20minutes cardio and abs

    still resistance training causes stress to the CNS and that can take a day or 2 to recoup so if u train ED resistance wise.. u really need MORE TIME OFF

    being on cycle doesnt really change recovery rate enuff to increase training frequency thus you would want to keep it about the same.

    you can increase the number of working sets performed (though i do not advocate this) since u will have greater cortisol suppression.

    my final meal before bed is actually my ppw....I go with celltech and whey and rice cakes immidiately after, then before bed I ave been doing a thick:

    2 scoops muscle milk or casein powder
    20-30 almonds/peanuts
    some sf jello or 97% free popcorn
    tons of davinchii syrups and splenda to make it sweeter than dairy queen!
