    Endurance athlete wanting to lean up

    Hi all,

    I am an endurance athlete and need to drop a bit of bodyfat. Diet is quite clean and obviously I am doing a lot of training. But I have a huuuge appetite and am really struggling to get below 10%bf. Was thinking about doing a couple of weeks of Clen when my training is low volume/intensity. What do you guys think?

    And also, how long would it take my endurance to return to normal after being on Clen? I assume b/c of its short half life, it would only be a few days...but I could be wrong?!?! Thanks

    Go to the diet forum and start there. If I were you I would not touch clen. If you clean you diet up you can still eat a lot as long as you eat clean and train hard. If you just do clen and don't fix your diet you will just put the body fat back on.
