    diet help!!!

    Im 6 205 10.9 percent bodyfat I lift 6 day a week and do cardio 4 i want to be shredded for summer and im willing to do anything to look jacked for the summer months dont hold back on anything...i want as much advice as poss
    This is my diet/training program

    What should I add or take out

    Wake up
    Cardio 35-45mins
    Post cardio
    Protein shake

    Meal one
    Oatmeal with banana

    Workout
    Post workout protein shake

    Meal 2
    2 can light tuna in water with some lemon juice salt
    Mixed veggies
    Or
    Turkey breast sandwich with light cheese on whole wheat bread
    Mixed veggies

    Meal 3
    2 chicken breast spinach and lettuce salad with light vinaigrette
    Or
    Steak lean cut with spinach and lettuce with light vinaigrette

    Meal 4
    Protein shake

    I also snack with some fat free yogurt mixed with protein, or cottage cheese, or peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread

    In the day im usually at school for about 1030-3 so any suggestions on bringing good food with me would be great

    you aren't eating nearly enough bro... for being 6' 205 you should figure out your daily caloric maintenance needs and eat at about that level due to the amount of cardio and weight training you do. you will be wasting away muscle if you are in too much of a deficit and overtraining doesn't help fat loss either. so revamp your diet, and post it with macros listed and calorie totals when you repost. good luck
