    Leg Injection

I need to start them cuz im endloading with prop. Do you guys prefer to do them standing up or sitting down? I mean, which way do you feel the quad as being more relaxed?

Sitting down, leg straight and relaxed....beware of the prop pain you may encounter a day or so after injection.
I personally avoid quad/thigh shots with the prop and stick with either the delts or glutes. If the pain is too much after a shot of prop to the quad/thigh you may find it difficult to walk...I speak from personal experience.
Although everyone is different, and may not have problems shooting prop into the quads, mine just do not like any prop stuck in them.

I keep my leg bent but somewhat relaxed. Never had a problem. I'll have to try it straight next time.

I think as long at you hit the right area and you're not flexed you should be good to go.

Hitting a nerve is no big deal. Not going to do any damage. I've only grazed one once, and it just burned a little bit and tingled a little down to my kneecap, but I wouldn't classify it as pain.

Maybe I'll change my tune if I ever hit one dead on.

As long as you go in the proper injection site you will be fine.

Flex your leg, find the meatest part...it should be like on the top but to the side.

For your question...I like them sitting down on the toilet, legs bent like im taking a crap. Just another day.

Wow, that sucks. What are the chances of that?
You must clean up at the roulet table.
