I am on Day 5 of a clen cycle. 20/30/40/20(after checking HR Thur after am dose, I decided to skip my 4pm dose resting HR was 110) Today kept monitoring HR and now resting at 85, I just took 10mcg and that is all for today. I think the clen's half life is still in my system from the previous days. My question is.. Should I keep dosing down or is the clen going to continue to raise my HR per dose or does it just keep at a constant, meaning more clen= HR keeps getting higher? Thanks-D
btw-this stuff is awesome I woke up with a 6pack!! I didn't have far to go but dang!!
