I have personally met this guy when i used to live in India. He comes from a very poor family and used to break stones to build roads as a job. One day a police officer was driving by and he noticed him. right there he offered hima job in ploice and promiseed him free supplements and all the wieght trining equipment he needed. Nowadyas he still is in police though most of the times hes in US or Japan. I met him when i was driving around the city on a bike without a helmet and he gave me a ticket. I coulld only find these small pics of him. and by the way if u say NOah steere is the biggest guy ever ur wrong cuz i think this guy is alot bigger than him. his stats are

64" chest, Biceps = 21.5"
164 kgs (which adds to 362lbs)...

yeah he has signed now with WWE, from what ive seen of his matches from japan, his ring work really sucks, but, at that size, vinnie mac couldnt resist. one things for sure, he wont ever likely be a model lol. props on developing such a physique at that height
