    Question muscle cramps

    Iam Currently On A Cycle Of 200 Mg's A Week Of Cyp And 200 Mg's Of Eq Iam On My Fifth Shot Everything Is Going Good I Started Some Clen Yesterday But Today Iam Getting Muscle Cramps In My Calves , Feet And Other Spots On My Body Does Anybody Know If It Could Be From The Clen My Friend Told Me I Need To Drink More Water Need Some Info I Would Appreciate Some Help Thanks

    Water is good, also potassium is good for muscle cramps.

    i hear alot about people taking clen and cramps so im assuming its from the clen

    but agree with bino water and some banannas with help

    I wonder where this started...the whole banana and potassium thing, yes they contain potassium, but what most people dont know is a glass of orange juice contains just as much potassium as a banana. Im not tryin to be an ass to you twiztidjuggalo, I just mean in general. I used to think bananas were thie shit for potassium b4 as well.

    Not to mention that bananas and orange juice might not be in your diet if you're cutting! I just take potassium tabs (I get BAD cramps...in just about every muscle possible! If I turn my neck too fast it even cramps up...sucks!) and drink TONS of water.

    Calcium can also help stop involuntary muscle contractions... anyway, make sure you are taking a good multi vitamin/mineral and drinking enough water...
