    IGF-1 LR3 injection time

How soon after I get done working out do I need to get the shot in. I have about a 7 minute drive home from the gym and I really don't want to shoot at the gym (for obvious reasons). I usually drink my dex/whey shake on the whey (<-- haha) home. But I have read that I need to shoot immediately then drink my shake. Is the 7 minute drive home going to hinder my gains/losses?

That's fine, you can shoot as soon as you get home.

As long as your blood levels are staying elevated it doesn't matter when you shoot bro. The levels in the blood are sustained ~10 hours with LR3. That is why twice daily injections are the best way to go. If you are wanting 40mcg per day I would def. split it up into 20mcg twice daily. This is a systemic growth factor as well so it enters the blood stream pretty quickly, as seen by rapid drops in insulin levels, and is distributed to all parts of the body.
