how should i run the letro and liquidex in my cycle of sust,deca,and d-bol? i've never used them in a cycle before. what would be expected other than estro blocking and water retetion? when should i take them....morning, night....???

No need to run both at the same time, one or the other, depending on how prone you are to estrogen side effects. They will help with any symptoms of gyno too. I took my dose in the evening, cant see that it matters.

For ur current cycle sus, deca, d-bol, I would go with the l-dex. Letro is very strong and some people become a little lethargic.
