Serm/and or AI with a Prop/Var 8 weeker

My second cycle and I am goin with 75mg of prop ed and 50mg of var.
On my first cycle of test e at 500mg a week I used .25mg of armidex and 10mg of nolva. Since prop is less bloat I was wondering if the AI is needed. I understand any form of test is going to be coverting to some estrogen. I don't know if I am gyno prone or not, but always a concern of not wanting any.

Just start the cycle without any AI's and see how it goes. Keep the nolva on hand if you get puffy nips...don't think you need the letro for a prop/var cycle.

Everyone reacts different to certain steroids. I need an AI while on prop or else I get some bad water retention. But some of my bros can run upwards of 100mg ed without every any sides. Go with IronAdam's advice and keep nolva on hand if you feel sides coming on.

Thats proberly what I'll end up doin. Thanks for the advices. Whats the standard protocol for taking nolva on signs of gyno. 60-80mgs until syptoms subside then 20mg ed?
