Advantage to spot injections?

Some believe that since the injection is site specific, and obviously intramuscular, that said site should receive preferential or enhanced benefit. However, since all benefit comes by virtue of the circulatory system, the initial inject point is immaterial. The compound is absorbed into the blood stream, and evenly distributed throughout the body affecting the appropriately stimulated areas of the muscular system.
