well then after 10 days could be a heat rash and not an allergic reaction, either way though quit while you're ahead.

Benadryl and get off.

By day 10 it was probably a heat rash.

my results have been good lost about 8 pounds in 9 days.....just curious what caused the heat rash??

it could be the excessive amount of heat in your body that the dnp causes. idk thats just my guess
