Post My first cycle. Steak diet

I was 24 when i decided to juice. I weighted in at 175 @6'6" real skinny. I stacked 100 deca & 400 test waited a month and did 200 deca and only 50 EQ. The end result I weighted in at 215 my bench went from a max of barely 185 to working out with 275 on decline bench and curls went from 20lb dumbells to 55's I guess being a meat cutter at a local grocery store had its benefits.Im 28 havent worked out in 2 1/2 years but still can curl 40's and weigh around 205. Is it possible to keep gains for that long? My job does consist of a lot of walking and manual labor. Was that considered a weak cycle .

HOLY SHIZNIT BRO! 6'6 175lbs ?!?!?!?! You must have been skin and bones, literally.

In the fall I had surgery+sick and I got down to 215lbs and I started looking like a skeleton, and I'm 6'4.
Something is major wrong with your training and diet if you weight less than 220lbs and actually try to gain size. DO YOU EAT? AND you've cycled! That was a complete waste!

    Change your diet and eat!

As stated above...what are you asking? The only question I can see is "Is it possible to keep gains for that long?" Well obviously not since you lost gains. I mean I hope I dont come off as rude here but I dont understand questions like this. When you ask is it possible to keep gains this long? What really does it matter if I say yes or no? I mean honestly, the time passed, shit happened and you cant change not working out now so who cares if I say yes or no. Reality is you lost some, doesnt matter what anyones speculation is now.

    DONT!

Bro your FAR away from your natural limit. If I were you I would atleast try to get up to around 220lbs so you have some muscle before you start.

Of course your cut your 6'6 200lbs! LOL

You still weigh that much because you have gained fat weight over the years, what your body type now has nothing to do with your previous cycle. I would say get back in the gym and eat and put some hard work in before you cycle again, it sounds like you will only work out if you cycle JMO
