    please help!! important!

    guys i ve a stupid but important q so please dont laugh !!i ve planned a pp cycle and decided to add some saw palemtto, in particular Ultimate Nutrition Saw Palmetto Berries 800mg (100 Cap)...my q is...i know i need about 700mg daily so...1 cap=800mg or 1 cap=800mgs/100caps=80mg? i need about 700 mg ED i cant buy 1000 bottles of Saw Palmetto Berries 800mg if 1cap=80 mg only...and dont !
