I can say this!!

when I was 16, I did 8 shots of primo (maybe even 6-7) because I new nothing of course.

got major hairloss, and bad acne... tho its a wonder drug, it helped my abs a lot even though I took it for three, four weeks at 200mgs

I don't think your going to find a steriod that stops hairloss on your head. maybe it will grow someon your ass but. Get some DHT detox shampoo for your buddy.

I hear ya man thanx my buddy is already having the shampoo checked out.He say's you have to be careful with certain shampoos because some stop conversion of dht in your whole body(which would counteract the effects of some steroids winny,primo,mesanolon...ectBut there is this one he knows that only stops the convertion of dht at the scalp and not the whole body!!!The shit is just hard to get without a script
