    so confused

    So I have never used a steroid in my life. I am wanted to lose some fat and i was told that clenbuterol woudl help with this...is it true if so how do i get my hands on it and how do i use it. Also Where can i buy IMPACT NUTRITION products the hcmuscle.com always says they are out of stock.

    Diet/Cardio/Training are the keys to losing fat ....... not supplements.

    Also, Impact products are horseshit.

    well thanks for that...i really have a hard time being motivated for all this i will work my ass off for weeks and well...then nothing happens....what is up with that I used to be 5'8 150 all muscle track runner and now I am 198 mush bush and I want to be skinny again

    then u really need to evaluate ur diet/cardio/training ......... u may think ur eating right, but u might not be ........... check out the diet forum
