I need to get huge!
i ve read many articles saying taht mcdonald's and burger king will make you big... is this true? Should i change my diet to mcdonald's / burger king only?
What about cream soda instead of water? Is it a suitable substitute?
so what kind of sandwich wshould i eat immediately after my workout?
my workout schedule is as follows
monday - full chest (all 3x8 sets)
bench
incline bench
decline bench
db flat flies
db incline flies
cable crossover
wednesday - outer chest bicep
wide grip bench
half flies
bicep curls
preacher curls
concentration curls
drag curls
incline curls
friday - inner chest
close grip bench
flat flies
decline flies
(not sure what other exercises to add here)
Also im want to go on steroids. I dont want to inject becasue you can get cancer from injecting. can i do dianabol for 100 mg per day? My friend has some metyl tren.. should i pop that in as well? Wil it shrink my penis?
