    T3 longevity?

    How long should you be on T3? I was recommended 10 weeks, 4 off then 4 on again for my show at a low dose of 25mcg for the 10 weeks and 50mcg for the last 4 up to my show.

    Is that ok on my thyroid?

    That would be fine. In Hookers profile he claims you could run it much longer than that with no adverse affects.

    25mcg is a very low dose.

    Agreed. I believe that is what your body already produces.

    So 50mcg would be alot better? I was afraid of getting flat and/or messing up my thyroid as my bf% is in fact low.

    There was an excellent thread on T-3 yesterday.
    The throid will rebound in 2-4 days, regardless of dose or length of use.
    Run some thyroid pct afterwards anyways.

    When T3 is used correctly there are none if any side effects. I think that would be fine to run T3 for that long.

    i ran T3 at 50mcg as long as im on GH
    if im running any kind of cycle i will run it at 50mcg as well other htan that i have never had any problems w/ my thyroid that i know of.

    I have had absolujtely no sides fromrunning a low dose of no more then 40mcg. I would like to go to 50 and maybe stay there but I'm concerned with how long I can be on it as I don't want to abuse. Personally, I love it.

    Sides aren;t very noticeble on T-3. Everyone is different, but 100 mcg ED or 150 mcg ED is not unheard of. So basically, don;t stress over jumping to 50.

    The only situation that I can see running T3 in is when GH is being taken. A small dose of 12.5-25mcg's a day should suffice.

    T3 is to catabolic for me and I would rather lose the fat over a longer duration of time with propper diet and cardio and with less muscle loss.
