Injection redness on delts...

Everytime I inject my delts...2 days later I get a redness below the injection site. it is painful and feels like a lump under the skin. i am injecting test E 250mg every monday and thursday. has anyone else experience this? i try to inject slowly and always aspirate.

i dont get the redness but i feel the lump below the spot where i injected

bump. THe area below the delt injection site is still red and painful if i press on it. has not gotten worse. any suggestions?

try injectiiong slow n use anti inflamatorry

I know you've heard this I'm sure, but massage it for 5 minutes after the injection and use a heating pad 20min on/20 min off if it gets sore.
