    What to do?

    I already started my cycle and will end June 22nd and start pct around the beginin of July, but the thing is i m going on vacation end of july. What do i do? cuz i know i m not gona have my diet in check, plus i gotta find a gym there, but i m only gonna be there for a month tho, wud this effect my gains alot?

    Well id like to see the info on your cycle and gains...also if u were so committed to a cycle and are happy with your gains, with a little will power and self control you CAN eat healthy on your vacation. give me some more dtails though

    no training during pct? uh oh thats a vital time to train hard and retain your gains just imho

    22 years old, 5 foot 7 around 185lbs
    test e @250mg/2x week
    and the vacation wasnt really planned, parents gave me money!!

    bring your pct stuff with you, clomd etc, put it in something else if its liquid, then go old school when your on vacation, do pushups, pull ups, lunges. Try to eat the best you can, bring some whey with you and drink alot of it. Get inventive I had to do that a couple years back, do dips off the side of your bed, curl those 3 gallon water jugs at the store.

    Eating wise. Vacation hot spots or full of all you can eat buffetts. This can be good and bad. Chose wisely... i remember in vegas when i went most were loading up on baked goods, fries, deep fried ..etc I was able to stick to a great diet with eggs, lean turkey, chicken breast, smoked salmon.. just have some self control

    ya i plan to bring my pct with me, and the diet isnt the thing thats worrying me, this vacation isnt a vacation to like hawaii or something, i m travelling back to my home country after 7 years, and to be honest i wont be able to hit the gym, so i was wondering if i cud just work out free-hand(dips, pushups, pullups, lunges...all that good stuff) alot, and mayb while there buy a 60lbs dumbell or sumthing...
    what do you guyz think?

    how long are you running to test e at 500mgs/week for? 10 or 12 weeks?

    What were your stats before the cycle?

    If it was me I would honestly refuse to go on vacation with your parents, make something up (if its possible) cuz you did all this hard work with diet, training and money spent on cycle (I assume you did all this right) there for it isn't worth it.

    Pct is one of the the most and main important points in your cycle....

    What you do on pct i.e eat, train, aas, will determine your final results, size, etc.... so to me its not worth it (unless they are paying you $1000 or more) still I wouldn't it just doesnt make sense, get out if it if you can bro.

    other then that stick to your push ups, sit ups, pull ups etc and watch your diet, make sure you are getting the right amount of calories in to grow and achieve your goal but also its going to be hard cuz you gotta make sure your not getting more then enough or less then the enough....it just becomes complicated.

    uh its a 12 week cycle of test e @ 500/wk
    22 yrs 5'7 185....trying to get to 200 (bulker)
    its only been my first week....shud i stop and continue after i come bak and do a 11 week cycle? and i m only gonna be gone for a month...like from july mid to august mid
    so wat do u guyz think?
