    making a web page.....

    how do you go about creating a web page? take ARs reasearch page....how do you make that? is there a free web site maker out there somewhere?

    It's best to purchase space and have your site done on that space either by yourself or a professional.

    okay. its just something i was thinkin about. i doubt i could afford to have someone design a page for me....ill look into it. thx
