Just started a test e and eq-500 wk for 12-14 weeks.
1st real cycle(did eq for 8 weeks before I knew any better)-30yrs old 6' tall 180. Looking for 10 lbs or so. Very lean lbs.
I was just thinking of adding var for the last 8 weeks or so-what do you guys think? Diet is in check(I love the diet forum here) and workouts are in check.
I hope to add a after pic in a few months. Btw my legs are not on par with my upper but I work them hard and they are ok.
I sure hope this pic works ok.
Any critique is welcome-By the way... I prefer more of a lean beach type body than a large roided up look. I am a hard gainer-150-155lbs after high school when I started working out.
