    Hows my diet for bulking

    Meal 1
    8egg whites
    protein shake
    oatmeal

    Meal 2
    1 chx breast
    grean beans
    1/2 cup white rice

    Meal 3
    1 chx breast sandwitch (chx from deli) whole wheat bread
    fruit

    Work out

    Meal 4
    protein Shake

    Meal 5
    1 chx breast
    1 large baked potato
    grean veggie

    Meal 6
    protein shake

    Meal 7
    1/2 lb burger 92% 1 slice of low fat american cheese on whole weat bun
    green veggie
    1 cup whole wheat pasta

    Meal 8
    fruit
    2tbst natural peanut butter
    1.5tbst flax seed oil

    Who knows?

    It could be great, or it could suck monkey nuts, you listed no stats to go on or any background/experience/etc.

    Seriously though, when people post their diets here and list no statistics about themselves so as to examine/compare the two, it's a dead end.

    Does your PWO shake have any dex in it or just protein powder, might wanna get some of those simple carbs in there, they help

    Dextrose is corn sugar and is used as a carb source in the first post-workout meal. Check out the sticky posts atop the page, they are a great resource.

    Nope. Meal6 add a fat source. Meal 7 take out the pasta and the wheat bread. Meal8 remove fruit and add a higher protein source. But like sc said..how are we supposed to know your calorie needs and how easily you put on weight or not without stats?
