    fat sources/ratios

are you guys concerned about their 3/6 ratio or is it simply a case of getting your EFAs and *****s in the diet?

seems the majority of our diets are heavy on 6s opposed to 3s

do you see it to be an issue?

    thanks

I don't even worry about it. I eat all kinds of fats from steak/eggs/cheese/mayo/ranch, etc. and also use flaxseed oil, almonds,
    and a 3/6/9 blend, etc.

No ranch dressing? Where are you located?

Fish is good, I like white fish like pollock and salmon is cool too.

    What is parslane?

swole how do you cook pollock to make it taste good??? its cheap as shit over here but I have never figured out a way to cook it properly.

to the original question. I dont worry about it either. Just eat a mixed diet and some seeds and nuts and your good to go.
