    Question High Heart Rate

my resting heart rate is around 45 beats per minute. lately it's been around 69-75!
is a high heartrate a side of the gear?
i'm 14 days into a prop only cycle at 100mg eod.

actually it's not normal for me. 45 bpm is normal for me. a lower heart rate is an indication of cardiovascular fitness. an elevated hr is a sign that something is wrong. but could it be the gear?

Have you been checking it at the same time daily? I know it sounds pretty basic but the basics always need to be covered first.

A resting Heart Rate of of 45 BPM is really good. Have you changed workouts or maybe your cardio regimen in the past couple of weeks to cause the increase?

Heart rate can change drastically from seeing someone you know, maybe your thinking about prop messing with your body that might cause you to get more worked up while checking it. Like I said earlier your still in normal range. Your probly working yourself up by dwelling on it causing it to rise, but thats my opinion I'm no docter.

i've been monitoring my hr almost daily for the last four years, so i've got that down. my training load did drop before my cycle started due to flu. with the flu i was 15-20 bpm over due to illness. after the flu my resting hr went back to 45. with that aside from previous illness, and decreased training..or anything my resting hr has never been this high.
i think i must have some bug left from the flu, but i'm not yet ruling out the gear having some effect.

RawDog, give it some more time until you feel 100% and get back to this thread. Its possible that your body is still recooperating from the Flu.

If you're into what your avatar pertains to then I"m sure you have a very strong heart. Keep it up!!!!

its the gear.... My HR is 60 when off gear and aroun 80 when on... it goes back down when u r on off period... I think its due to the increased metabolism... its normal reaction from gear and there is no indication that sumin is wrong. If cardio is important for u u should see how ur cardio performance is cause mine sux when on (depending on compounds and doses)..

Would an increase in blood pressure due to the gear cause and increase in HR? Thats what I was thinking as soon as he said Gear and increased Heart Rate...
