Hello, im 21yo, 5-11", 193lb, with 16.5-17%bf. I have been a dumbass in the past and have taken a couple small cycles without knowing what the hell i was doing. Pretty much, just a waste. Thanks up front for all the knowledge i have gained so far and the knowledge im sure i will gain the more i read.
My question is how much cardio (and what kind) should i do with a 10week cycle of sust250 running at 500mg per week to keep my bf from jumping up. If at all possible i would love to maybe even lose a percent or 2 along the way. I understand that i will have water weight and puffiness. I am very headstrong when i start something and love to spend time in the gym, so whatever i need to do to get things done, safely, i will. In fact, starting a job there at my gym tom so ill have plenty of time to lift and workout. Any suggestions or knowledge related to my question will be greatly appreciated.
