i know when you're on clen, you're supposed to take taurine and potassium. however, in all the info i've found on t3, it doesn't have any suggestions on anything you should be taking with it. so, is it fine on it's own, or is there anything that just isn't that common, but might be a good idea?
i did find in a couple places suggestions on taking iodine with it, but it seems questionable as if it's necessary (or even a good idea), so i don't know if it's worth bothering with?
