Well I have just ordered my new best friends and was wondering on how I should start off. I know it is different for every one but is there a basic rule of thumb on were to start and how many pumps I should do? Any info would help I would hate to take way too much or take way too little and not get the best results.
Any suggestions from some of the senior people or some one that has a lot of experience with these products.

Was doing a lot of working out but have slowed down
