Wink Osteopath manipulation (Updated posture pictures)

Well i guess that i needed to get some pictures to beleive it myself.

The manipulation that the osteopath did last week is apparent in my neck, i add this lump that has disapeared, all i can say is that finally i am on the road to recovery.

First pictures was an update taken on April 26th 2006 pertty much at the same time i started dieting has well, weight was 193 pounds down from about 203 pounds the week before

Second picture was taken yesterday May 6th, my bodyweight is now 181 pounds, and i am now able to do some tae bo with less pain.

I am going back to see this osteopath Tuesday May 9th and i cant wait to see the final results.

Went a lot better last night, she did some manipulation on 2 vertebras on the upper back and this morning i am recked but the pain i add is gone.

She performed cranial osteopathy has well, this again is very weird but made me feel better too.

I am going back on May 19th for another check up.

Another adjustment was done and now my shoulders and posture are a lot better, i will take another picture tonight and compare it with the ones i already have.
