My shoulder/arm is very weak. It's much smaller than my other and it can't do even half on the sh*t my other arm could do. The weird thing is it's my left arm, and I am a lefty.
Why is this happening if it's my main arm??

Any neck injuries in your past? Any childhood trauma? Any strange disease as a child? Most of the time you would expect a small decrease in your non-dominant side (generally 10% or less) however its very strange that you are a lefty and that is your weak side.
Sounds neurological in nature if the deficits are as extreme as you say. Are you a true lefty?
true lefty. i still suffer from neck/back problemsOriginally Posted by barbndr
