i have been bulking for 5 weeks now. I was seeing some nice results in the first 3 weeks. I was gaining like 1.5lbs weekly without adding any fat. For the past 2 weeks i have not gained any weight and i eat like hell. Here is my diet. I currently weigh 173lbs at 5'11 with a 33inch waist. 100grms oatmel with 25grms whey + 25raisins (GO WITH 50G WHEY)
lunch
250grms lean protein + 100grms brown rice or 300grms potatoes + tbsl olive oil
mid afternoon (pre workout)
45grms whey, 45grms complex carbs, 15almonds
dinner (PPWO)
250grms lean protein + 100grms brown rice or 300grms potatoes + tbsl olive oil
befor bed
100grms cottage cheese + 25gms whey + 2tbsl cod liver oil
These would be around 3300cls. 40%prot 40%carbs 20%fats
When i weight train i add in the PWO shake consiting of 50grm whey, 50grm dextose and 50grm malto.
Most of you guys will tell me to increase food. the thing is a feel like shit with all these food. I feel very bloathed between meals and it feels terrible. Any help on how i can increase calories easily.
