    looking good man. i like the set up. but you should have a ppws one hour after the pws. it should be carbs like white rice.

    but is meal 7 your ppws?

    Yes actually im having my PWO during the 15 min period after i finish my workout then 1 hour later my PPWO so my meal 7 is my PPWO

    them make that last meal with some carbs that keep your insuline up...white rice is good. but if you insist on oats then go for it

    add a casin shake or cottage cheese and some flax as meal 8 before bed...imo

    yea i think a meal 8 as wolffey said wont do bad at all
