were the **** do i shoot in my pec ....is it about 2inces up and 1 across from my nipple

Flex your chest and find the meatiest part, relax and shoot in that area. I would say It comes out to be about an inch up and then an inch over (towards centre of chest). DO a little trial and error or check s p o t i n j e c t i o ns . c o m.

shoot in your trap... in my book thats the hardest injection lol
