    Vitamin b12 with an insulin pin?

    can you shoot vitamin B12 with an insulin pin in the quads?

    Cool Can you? Of course. Should you? No way.

    Cyanocobalimin (injectable B12) should be injected intramuscularly (deep into the muscle). If you are doing it in the quads or delts, you should use a 1" needle, which precludes the use of an insulin needle.
