Seem to have an infection or absess a month later

I had taken my last shot exactly one month ago today, and today I noticed that i seem to have a lump that is mildly painful when pressure is applied in my shoulder around where I would inject. Funny thing is that I didnt have this a few days ago...any ideas.

Of course, I will keep an eye on it and if redness/swelling/fever etc appear the doctor will be called.

I dont see how it could be an infection. If it get's any worse go see the doc.

do u have acne, it might be a cyst.

Well took me a while to respond here...it has been a few days and it seems to be the same size and everything. Someone told me I could take penicilin as a precautionary measure but was unsure since I know little of their effects, etc
