    Running increase appetite all day?

    I got this from bodybuilding.com and was just wondering if it actually works

    "There are several methods of increasing your appetite. First a short but intense run in the morning will help you eat all your meals. Try running for 10 minutes at full speed until you can't run no more. Don't worry it won't hinder your gains, as for anything it will help with your leg development. After your run you will feel hungry and that feeling will stay for the whole day."

    sure it will inrease your appetite, cardio tends to do that. but running at full speed for 10 min will prob hurt your gains

    I would never want to sprint for 10 minutes as fast as I could anyhow, and I damn sure wouldn't do it thinking it would make me hungry for the rest of the day.


    I also fail to see how pounding the pavement at full speed would help legs grow.
