I wouldn't be too concerned with fat intake in PPWO unless your on slin. I for one have a pro/fat meal for my PPWO. But as for your first PWO, fat should be kept to a minimum as it slows absorption.

I don't like to use fats in my PWO drink. PPWO i like to oils high in EFAs.

But on the other hand, fat is needed by the body to produce testosterone and other hormones. It aids in keeping test levels up and cortisol levels down (I have no clue how this affects those injecting test, as I have yet to do so myself).

Only saturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids will do this, not polyunsaturated fats.

Stick to flax oil, olive oil, fish oil, or nut oils. I've heard macadamia nut oil works wonders, though I have honestly never seen it before.

I don't think you understood the question . He was asking if having fats in PPWO was a bad thing, not what the benefits of EFA's and healthy fats are. Are you a politician, cause that looked like a red-herring response. Maybe a straw-man. Answering a question without actually answering THE question.

hmm, i think i saw a pimpslap here?

the fat in your ppwo meal wouldn't be a problem. the pwo meal is the one which needs to be absorbed as fast as possible. the ppwo, though important, doesn't need to be absorbed as quickly and since the pwo meal is usually very low in fat, it would be good to replenish your depleted fat reserves with some in the ppwo meal.
