hi again right ive been advised by a few members to do a test only cycle for my first cycle and because im worried about mpb run it with finesteride which i can live with now which test would be best here is a list avalible to me from the store i use

testosterone cyp
sust 250
test prop
test depot

and also do i run nolvadex or somthing else at the side of it

and when should i start pct

PCT is determined by which Test you choose. Personally I would go for the Test Depot, I presume that is Test E ?

test prop is great but should be taken ed or eod
test cyp may be ur best choice as it has a single ester so ull take it twice ew

test cyp and test depo is the same (depo means long lasting. Cyp and Enanthate is the long lasting Testosteron, only 1 carbon in the esther is the difference...)

-I suggest you test cyp or test depo for your first cycle.
2 injections/week is enough from this.

-If you choose Prop, you should inject it every day or every other day...

-Sust 250 is a mix of 4 testosteron esther.
It also contains some prop and phenyl-prop (short acting test). For stable blood levels you should inject it every other day or every 3. day.

I always use testosteron enanthate (test depot.) I just don't like stick myself too many times...


Test Cyp or Test Depot in a dose of 500mg/week (2 x a week) with 20mg nolvadex/day is a good first cycle.
After 14 days your last shot of test you can start the PCT
