    Inyection for over streched skin?

I know this theread is not for this forum, but I could not find a more suitable one,

My sister 31 years old, 5'3" has lost about 40 lbs with diet and exercise she looks good Ill say. She stop loosing weigth about a year ago, well she was showing me her biceps, triceps, tights and it is ovious she has a lot, but a lot of over streched lose or slaked skin.

She was never, fat, not even chubby, but she got in a very fitted shape and now she has all this extra skin hanging lose from everywhere...

She mention that she heard abou an inyection that attaches or fixes the lose skin to the muscle below, or that srinks overslacked skin.

Has any body hear about such and inyection or treatment, or can you make anu sugestions for her?

    I really aprecaite your help.

I have never heard of it. What is her bodyfat %? If it really effects her then she should consider surgery.

I am not very certain about her boddy fat, it has to be pretty low, but just by looking at her I would say 10% to 12%.

The problem is that it looks like she is wearing a skin that is 2 to 3 sizes too big for her, specially arround the arms, biceps, triceps.

Then again I have seen this effect in people whom losses 100 lbs + but not in some one that lost 40# that was never fat to begin with.

Problaby she shall look at filling those emty spoots with muscle instead of trying to srink the skin.

    Any Ideas?

I dont think her problem shall be handdled with a knife, I mean, I harly notice it but she has mentioned this "Inyection" Several times.
