Been thinking about adding some vitamin B to my routine.. both on and off cycle. Any ideas on which is better? B12 or B-Complex. I can get both from the doc.

B12 complex doesn't give the same results as B12 alone. B12 complex gives diarrhea, though. But anyway, it is commonly accepted that B12 stimulates appetite via an unbalanced vitamin content in the body. Some feel that the B12 is filling a deficiency, while others feel that it causes the ratio of the B vitamins to be out of whack, stimulating appetite in an attempt to reach a balance once again. But either way, the B12 complex is bad news.
I've been using injectable B12 and I love it...
