    inject

    can anyone tell me if there is any diiference injecting subcut like in the abs instead of intramuscular which hurts like shit and when I did my thighs I hobble around for a couple of days

    subcutaneous injections of an oil-based compound are out

    1. you will get an abscess (due to volume)
    2. you will get an abscess (due to type of solution)
    3. you will get an abscess (due to location.. and low absorption rate)

    At the bare minimum.

    Some water based substances are shot subcut.. usually peptide hormones.

    The volume is low... meausured in IUs as opposed to MLs/CCs

    Bad bad idea.

    Learn to shoot delts and glutes if quads are so painful
