when is the best time to for a cheat meal on a lifting day or non lifting day and at what meal or time?
I do mine in the morning. If it's a lot of carbs in the cheat meal, like pancakes mmmmm, I'll do it on a training day. If it's just pure junk, I'll do it on a cardio day and get my ass on the treadmill. To each his own.

mmmm pancakess...i luved this on sat or sun morning..but then its hard to justify the rest of the day...ur like well i just had 500g of pure sugar comming from the syrup alone...why stop there and continue eating junk all through the day..i try and eat my normal meals up untill i see somethin im craving or make plans to go out for something real good, and when i cheat il make it count to make me feel gross and bloated the next day
Do cardio then do a high carb cheat meal, then workout right after it. The carbs will give you a good pump in the gym.
