whats the conclusion, im lazy![]()
what has been stated time and time again, cook them
50% of protein is not available if left raw, as the more 'senior members' have stated time and time again only to come up against resistance from the "i have been doing it years and it never hurt me" crowd
i dont understand this myself.. i just found out through my chiropractor that he says when u cook an egg it loses most of its protein.. then i hear an old method, but im not sure how to do it, is to warm the raw egg whites over the stove (i guess like a poutched egg) until it becomes slightly cooked & then add to ur blender & drink it.. im confused
my local; used car dealer swears by cell tech
i will be sticking with the science
