Hey I'm a smaller guy at 5'5 and ecto. I've been training naturally for 4 years, trying to gain as much as I can naturally with a good diet and training. I'm confident I can still build a awesome physique. I live drink, and breathe this stuff. Just curious what kind of cycles you guys who are under 5'7 and 200lbs run, and dosages. Holla at ya boy!
